The DIGIMIG 225GDS is used for manual welding of steel alloys and non-ferrous metals using the MIG/MAG method. Other welding methods are also possible: MMA (coated electrode), FCAW (self-shielded wire without gas) and TIG DC Lift (non-consumable electrode in an inert gas environment).
In addition, the DIGIMIG 225GDS will be used for brazing of thin galvanised sheet metal parts with CuSi3 wire.

The DIGIMIG200GDS semi-automatic welder has a memory for the last setting, i.e. when the unit is switched off and on again, the last setting is restored. The unit can also store 40 sets of settings (10 for each welding method + 10 for manual MIG / MAG settings)
